Introduction
Intro US Supreme Court 3-Tier System 21st Amendment Alcohol and the Internet

Alcohol is different from other products and is thus regulated through the U.S. Constitution and state statutes. Florida’s current regulatory structure for alcohol, the three-tier system, works because it holds licensed sellers accountable and ensures that the state collects taxes owed on alcohol products.

The Florida Coalition to Prevent Underage Drinking believes that alcohol should continue to be regulated responsibly. Weakening restrictions on the distribution of alcohol puts our children at risk by opening the floodgates to unaccountable beer, wine and liquor sales.
