The Florida Coalition to Prevent Underage Drinking has enlisted the help of the organizations listed below. These organizations support existing Florida law, which requires alcohol importation, distribution and sale be made through licensed businesses in Florida that can be held accountable for violations of state law, and who lawfully submit state taxes.
The Coalition hopes to prevent underage drinking by restricting access to minors, ensuring accountability through the three-tier system and preventing illegal online alcohol purchases.
