The Florida Coalition to Prevent Underage Drinking is working to prevent underage drinking by restricting access to minors, ensuring accountability through the three-tier system and preventing illegal online alcohol purchases.

The Coalition understands the importance of accountability and responsibility in preventing underage drinking.

In a letter to colleagues from Sheriff Charles Aycock, Sheriff of Osceola County:
“This structure provides seller accountability and helps prohibit sales to minors. If these regulations are eliminated, we will open the floodgates to unaccountable beer, wine and liquor sales – with no effective regulations to stop those who are selling to minors or disregarding other state laws regulating alcohol.”
